Our Values

Between us, we aim to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and thoughtful space where people can better understand their difficulties and work towards meaningful change.

We place particular importance on developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship and creating an approach that feels individualised and meaningful.

We work within areas that are appropriate to our training, experience, and level of competence. Our approach is integrative meaning we draw on different psychological models and therapeutic techniques depending on your needs, goals, and circumstances.

Our work is guided by psychological formulation, developing a shared understanding of how difficulties may have developed and what may help moving forward.
